"Thank you for organizing and planning this wonderful reunion. We all had such a good time seeing each other after all these years. St Jerome School holds such a special place in our hearts."
~ Carolyn Stavely Mitchell
On May 18, 2024, St. Jerome Academy warmly welcomed fifteen alumni and their spouses from the class of 1964 to celebrate their 60th-anniversary reunion. The event was a joyous occasion filled with nostalgia and heartfelt reconnections. Fr. Scott extended a warm welcome and blessed the gathering; Mr. Flynn and Mr. Currie guided the alumni through the school, showcasing the many changes and improvements made over the years.
The reunion provided a unique opportunity for the alumni to revisit their alma mater, a privilege that many of their contemporaries from neighboring schools no longer have due to school closures. The attendees expressed their gratitude for the chance to walk down memory lane and share stories with old friends. They appreciated the generous hospitality provided by St. Jerome Academy, from the delicious food to the engaging tour.
The alumni left the event with their hearts full of fond memories and a renewed appreciation for the particular place St. Jerome Academy holds in their lives. They eagerly look forward to future reunions, cherishing the enduring bonds formed during their time at the school. St. Jerome Academy remains committed to fostering a strong sense of community among its alumni, ensuring that the spirit of camaraderie and shared history lives on for generations to come.
We look forward to welcoming more alumni to visit our campus in the upcoming academic year!
If you know alumni who are interested in visiting or reconnecting with us, please ask them to email [email protected]; we’d love to hear from them!
